This year we decided to start in on that Elf on the Shelf tradition. There are many reasons why people like it, or don't like it, but Bill and I wanted to feel more involved this year. We work for a 24/7 company, and I was having a hard time knowing how much time I would spend away from them. I wanted to make Christmas feel a little more special, even though I wasn't going to be around for a lot of it. Really, who ever grew up and said "OMG, my parents suck! They lied to me about Santa or this Elf"... said no one ever. Traditions are fun, imagination is ignited and memories are made. So.... Introducing Cotton Headed Ninny Muggins.
The cowboys AND Indians captured him!
Who doesn't love Kit Kats for breakfast?!
Motivated by Beach Body, using marshmallow dumbbells. At least he pressed PLAY!
Our elf was quite the comedian..
Copilot of the car.
Who doesn't love a 'stache!
TP'd the tree..
Found a good use for the Bieber wrapping paper
At least he cleaned up his own messes.
He finally left on Christmas Eve, leaving behind a note on toilet paper, rolled down the hall. Stating that he would miss us, and was still watching us ... creepy stalker like... and couldn't wait until next Christmas to see us again!
Merry Christmas, from our house to yours!
